Shipping policy
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer standard international shipping to the USA with the following estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 7 to 13 working days (excluding processing time)
- Express Shipping (where available): 5 to 8 business days
- Shipping Methods: 4PX & YunExpress
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.
3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (if applicable).
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 2 to 3 business days to update after dispatch.
5. Customs & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or cover these charges.
